Mr. Daugherty is a lifelong resident of the City. He lives on Holman and has two grown sons Eric and Mike and several of his family members still call Moraine home.

Randy owns a trucking company in the City on East River Road.

Randy has been involved in the City over the years and served on the Charter Review Commission twice, once as chairperson.
