Youth Training

We are offering a weight training class for boys and girls ages 12-17. Class is designed to meet all levels of abilities from the beginner exerciser to the elite athlete. Come learn the proper way to lift weights, become stronger and more fit. Class is free for pass holders and $1 for non-members. This is a drop-in class, no pre-registration necessary.


Monday and Wednesday: 7:00p – 8:00p


PRC Pass Holders: Free

All others: Drop-in Fee
