Emergency Medical Services Revenue Recovery Services 2019 – The City of Moraine will receive sealed bid proposals for Emergency Medical Services Revenue Recovery Services until 10:00 AM EDT on July 25, 2019, at the Moraine Municipal Building, 4200 Dryden Road, Moraine, Ohio.

Copies of the Invitation to Bid, specifications, proposal and contract forms are available at the Moraine Municipal Building, 4200 Dryden Road, Moraine, Ohio 45439.

The proposals must be made on the forms provided in the Invitation to Bid, or a copy thereof.

The City of Moraine reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to award the contract to the lowest, responsible and responsive bidder whose proposal is deemed most favorable to the City of Moraine.

HVAC Upgrades for Payne Recreation Center – The City of Moraine will receive sealed bid proposals for the HHVAC Upgrades for Payne Recreation Center until Tuesday, 2 July, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. local time, at the Moraine Municipal Building, 4200 Dryden Rd., Moraine, Ohio, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Thursday, June 27, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at Payne Recreation Center, 3800 Main St., Moraine, Ohio.

Specifications and Contract Documents electronic copies must be requested no later than Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. Hard copies are available at 4200 Dryden Rd., Moraine, Ohio for $25.00, and must be requested no later than Wednesday, June 26, 2019,at 5:00 p.m. by calling (937) 535-1050.

Each proposal shall be signed with the full name and business address of each interested company and shall be accompanied by a security bond issued by a bonding company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio, or by a certified check on a solvent bank in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the submitted main contract proposal. Bond or certified check must be payable to the City of Moraine as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be executed and its performance secured by a satisfactory bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price or irrevocable letter of credit.

The proposals must be made on a hard copy of the forms provided by the City of Moraine in the Contract Documents Section, or an UNALTERED COPY thereof, with either a lump sum bid amount or a total bid amount with a price quoted for each item of work. The price of labor and materials is to be separately stated. Special Use 2019-01 – The City Council of The City of Moraine, Ohio will hold a public hearing on Thursday June 27, 2019 at 6:00 pm at The City of Moraine Municipal Building, 4200 Dryden Rd. Rezoning Case R-01-2019 – The Council of the City of Moraine, Ohio will be holding a public hearing to give consideration to a proposed zoning district change for City Lot 4982. The property is located at 6672 Germantown Pike in the City of Moraine, and totals 15.55 acres +/-. The proposed zoning change would place the parcel in Moraine’s A-1 Agricultural District.

Farmland for Lease (11 acres) – The City of Moraine is proud to offer 11 acres of farmland for lease. The site is located on the North and South sides of Pinnacle Road, east of Deer Meadow Park. Written proposals must include a lease price in dollars (either as a per acre figure or as a total), and complete contact information. Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. Thursday, March 28th, 2019.
