The City of Moraine Planning Commission will hold an Open House on amending the Moraine Codified Ordinances to prohibit the cultivation, processing, testing, and retail dispensing of Marijuana for the purpose of adult use in all Zoning Districts of the City of Moraine, which is consistent with current regulations related to medical marijuana establishments (MCO 1185.22).
This meeting will be on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at the Moraine Municipal Building, 4200 Dryden Road, Moraine, OH 45439. Any person interested in or affected by this public meeting may appear and be heard at said public meeting. The meeting convenes at 6 pm.
