DBJ Releases Fast 50
The Dayton Business Journal list published Aug. 1 highlights the region’s fastest-growing companies.
A few of the 50 companies on the list, are from Moraine (#5 ESI Inc. and #13 LMR Catering). Most of these companies fall within the technology sector, which makes up 18 percent of this year’s list. The second most popular industry is construction, totaling to 14 percent of the list.
The companies saw an average three-year growth of 25.2 percent, a slight decline from last year’s growth average of 27.7 percent.
The longest-running fastest-growing company over the years is CareSource. The nonprofit health insurance provider appeared on the DBJ’s list nine times since 2008.
