Vendor agrees to sell their products during event hours and agrees not to tear down their booth during these operating hours in consideration of patron safety.

I advocate compliance with the Moraine Fire Department guidelines. The Fire Department also has the authorization to close my operation.

The City of Moraine will not be responsible for vendor's equipment at any point before, during or after the event.
