2. MCO 1181.01 (b) (8): Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section 1181.01(b) to the contrary no accessory building or, in the aggregate, accessory buildings, that meet all of the other provisions of this section, shall be larger than 2,400 square feet on any one residential lot.
Appellant requests to add a 36 x 64 (2304 sq/ft) Cleary Pole Barn on a 28 acre Agricultural Lot. The front of the pole barn will be parallel with the front of the home, therefore a side yard location is identified. The pole barn would be built for agricultural purposes and is located in the A-1 Zoning District, therefore, a building permit is not required. Mr. Olson currently has a 1060 sq/ft barn in the rear of his residence along with a 280 sq/ft utility shed.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at the Moraine Municipal Building, 4200 Dryden Road, Moraine, Ohio 45439.
