Notice to Bidders:
The City of Moraine uses secure internet bidding via Info Tech’s Bid Express Service. Electronic bid submission is the preferred form of bidding capital projects solicited by the Engineering Department.

It is pertinent all vendors register, setup to bid electronically, and navigate the service in advance to upcoming solicitation deadlines. All vendors who intend to submit their bids electronically will be required to install the Info Tech Express Sign Tool and generate an Info Tech Digital ID for their business’ authorized signer.

Public Hearing: R-01-2025***DATE CHANGE FROM JUNE 26 TO JULY 10*** An application for a Zoning District Change in accordance with Moraine Codified Ordinances (MCO) Chapter 1127 was submitted through the Community Development Department.

Gas Aggregation Plans of Operation and Governance – Notice is hereby given that pursuant O.R.C. Section 4929-26 (C) the City of Moraine will hold two separate public meetings on the City’s Natural Gas Aggregation Plans of Operation and Governance. The first hearing is at 6pm on June 12 at Payne Recreation Center. The second hearing is at 6pm on June 26 at Payne Recreation Center

The City’s Natural Gas Aggregation Plan of Operation and Governance describes the policies and procedures by which the City will carry out its government aggregation programs, including those policies and procedures, which relate to rates and customer service.

This site features 24 acres of tillable ground and is located on the eastern side of Soldiers Home – West Carrollton Road, north of Pinnacle Road and approximately 500 feet south of Shank Road. Written proposals must include a per-acre lease price (calculated for the full 24-acre site) and complete contact information.
