Notice to Bidders:
The City of Moraine uses secure internet bidding via Info Tech’s Bid Express Service. Electronic bid submission is the preferred form of bidding capital projects solicited by the Engineering Department.

It is pertinent all vendors register, setup to bid electronically, and navigate the service in advance to upcoming solicitation deadlines. All vendors who intend to submit their bids electronically will be required to install the Info Tech Express Sign Tool and generate an Info Tech Digital ID for their business’ authorized signer.

General navigation (registering, setting up to bid electronically, and solicitation review) of www.bidexpress.com prior to actual selection of a solicitation for bidding is free.

Farmland for Lease – Farm at Soldiers Home – The City of Moraine is proud to offer the Farm at Soldiers Home for lease. This site features 24 acres of tillable ground and is located on the eastern side of Soldiers Home – West Carrollton Road, north of Pinnacle Road and approximately 500 feet south of Shank Road. Written proposals must include a per-acre lease price (calculated for the full 24-acre site) and complete contact information. Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Monday, March 3, 2025.

Planning Commission: S-01-2025 – TThe Moraine Planning Commission will be holding a meeting on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at the Payne Recreation Center, 3800 Main Street, Moraine, OH 45439. The agenda for this Planning Commission case is a subdivision lot combination at the 3612 Beechgrove Road property.

The applicant is applying to combine 3 lots before the Planning Commission due to new home construction.

Any person interested in or affected by this public meeting may appear and be heard at said public meeting. The meeting convenes at 6 pm.
