***UTILITY CONSTRUCTION*** Beginning Monday, April 13th, 2026, construction will begin in Heritage Estates, Heather Hills, and German Village and is expected to be completed by end of May. The contractor will be utilizing pneumatic piercing tools, often called directional bore missiles or “moles,” which make loud and rhythmic ticking noises.
