Community Emergency Response Team Training
The Fire Division is currently organizing Community Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T.) Training free of charge! Using their training, C.E.R.T. members can assist others in their neighborhoods or workplaces during an event when professional responders are not immediately available.
C.E.R.T. educates citizens about:
• Disaster preparedness
• Basic disaster response skills
• Fire safety
• Light search and rescue
• Team organization
• Disaster medical operations
Who can join?
• Eligible citizens are anyone who lives or works in Moraine or the surrounding area, who are 18 years old or older.
