Ernst Metal Technologies Expansion

Ernst Metal Technologies, is planning an expansion of the company’s current facilities over the next 2 to 3 years including generating new jobs for up to 20 employees.

The first phase of the expansion was to purchase the Wehner Roofing Building and the Broadway Radiator Building properties both located on Dryden Road.

These buildings are currently in the process of being demolished and removed from the property. After the buildings have been demolished, the next steps for the first phase, are to grade and level the property, construct a new parking lot along Kreitzer Road, and provide green space for the remaining areas of the property along Dryden Road.
